Well, apparently they have video of him with the spray. But... in light of some Cap Hill cops being caught perusing themselves, until the videos are released in full, it is possible he had picked up a police canister that had been launched at the public by cops, in order to chuck it out of the way.
Can they prove he brought it with him and that it was his?

They can search the New Jersey Pine Barrens for him. With the right training, he could stay there a long time.

This is how communism works in totalitarian countries.

He insisted in an interview with USA TODAY in March that he ‘did nothing wrong’ at the Capitol and ‘didn’t pepper-spray anyone.’

This is why you never ever talk to the media...

They don’t have to prove anything.

We live in a totalitarian country today.

Evidently the charges aren’t public... why the secrecy?
Corruption.

look like scrotes with beards and full paratrooper garb.

I've heard the term "Gear Queers" applied to them.

I think most of them are mentally ill, deranged losers who have delusions of being Navy SEALs, but lack the talent to even be circus seals.

Because they are cowards. Say what you will about J Edgar, but two clean cut men in sport coats with concealed revolvers would have simply knocked on his door.

And interestingly, you generally get a response commensurate with the inherent justice of the charge and the way you show up to make the arrest.

It was General Norman Schwarzkopf’s father who was head of the NJ State Police at the time of the Lindberg baby kidnapping case.

Law and Order, TV show.

Islam beheading people, in the news over several years.

What does the TV show do? Sure enough, the “bad guys” beheading people, are WHITE ARYAN U.S. FLAG WAVERS.

Again.

I’ve heard that one two. And also, two decades of war has created a bumper crop of young males who see police work as “door kicking” in Iraq. And now more than a few are even in power positions in such agencies and pass the militarization along. And it didn’t help that Bush created the creepy DHS with the nazi sounding name. They were created from the git go to see themselves as Gestapo etc.

9/11 and the idiots in charge afterwards forever changed law enforcement in America for the worse.

“Evidently the charges aren’t public... why the secrecy?”

What could be more un-American than secret charges, in a secret court, often violating secret law, investigated with Patriot Act national security letters warning the person to keep the visit secret.

Bush and Patriot act hurt the nation badly.

“Bush created the creepy DHS with the nazi sounding name”

“the homeland”

An expression found in a Beltway white paper.

Typical Bush, cannot bring himself to say:

Our Country

Not to totally disagree, but the problem is older than Bush and the execrable DHS.

Ruby Ridge?

Waco?

Yetman fled into a wooded area, according to officials, who said he may be armed.
**********************************************************

Approximately 250 years ago George Washington et al fled from “officials” into the New Jersey woods. According to history books George and all his friends were armed too.
