“This is a better arrangement Comrades...more just.”
Is AUTOCORRECT A.I.'s retarded brother?
“ You are eaten up with the fear of being called a racist. ”
You don’t know me, I could care less what race hustling poverty pimps say (as Rush used to say.
Going back to the original comment you made.
You made a negative comment about all blacks.
It sounds like you didn’t mean it to come off that way, but that’s what your comment said.
“Is AUTOCORRECT A.I.’s retarded brother?”
A typewriter helps with the written word because each letter is clearly formed, as opposed to handwriting. Maybe that’s the most primitive AI.
Spell checking is ok with me but being poor at spelling or grammar stigmatizes you as primitive or careless, or perhaps just a poor thinker.
That's because the banks can afford better legislooters
Because once someone is EVICTED they're on the street and that's when they become a monetary PROBLEM of the STATE as well as a general nuisance.
Some of the most important negative effects of bad regulation/legislation is often invisible.
In this case it is the potential future landlords who decide to put their investment cash elsewhere that are invisible.
They will all convert to condos and coops. Unlimited obligations and red tape, highly limited rental income. What’s not to love about it.
“Little civics lesson for ya: Anytime the government forces payments, including causing expenses, it is a tax.”
Perhaps from a layman’s viewpoint. I can assure you, however, that from a legal viewpoint, a tax requires a transfer of revenue from the taxpayer to the taxing authority.
LMAO!!
I think:’’
AI spits out what the coders put in. How could I believe anything without knowing the SOURCE.
Just a quirk of mine.
Yes there is. Higher end Tena td.
Nonsense. Been doing it you have to really vet them.
This has been a point of controversy for over a hundred years, IIRC, but I beg to differ.
The split infinitive is a common feature of spoken English, everywhere English is spoken as a native tongue. While it does sound awkward in this particular headline, adding the adverb after “to” adds emphasis, which is no doubt why the device was used here.
But that begs the larger question: why is it “wrong” to split an infinitive? What’s the logical reasoning? It’s not less clear, it’s arguably less awkward in many cases, and it “sounds right” to modern speakers of English. Speaking only for myself, I shall continue to brazenly insert an adverb if that sounds more like unaffected spoken English, according to my ear alone!
Rental Roulette. Sooner or later, the landlord loses.
I didn’t realize the subject was so important to you.
Nevertheless, I shall continue NOT to SPLIT and you have every right to split.
If I offended you, I apologize.
Regards.
An attempt a humor, no offense meant or taken.
I knew that, sweetie.
That was attempted humor also. I flunked.
“How could I believe anything without knowing the SOURCE.”
That’s the scary thing about AI. With the written word where AI is producing a lot of the text, presumably the author reviews it before sending it out. But is the stated author really the author? However, plagiarism is older than AI.
AI is also a mechanism for faking voices and video. You hear what sounds like Trump but it’s not Trump. You see a video of him but is it him? Computers are getting better at generating those fakes.
Then there’s the AI that can recognize faces. There are cameras everywhere. If you want to do something sneaky you’d better think about the face-recognizing computers that might be watching.
to Not Pay in New York State
I stopped at the “to Not Pay” for one of my bugaboos.
Should be: NOT TO PAY.
Are you listening, Professional reporters???
Naaaah.
