If Poland wasn’t so cold in winter, I’d live in Sopot on the Baltic coast. Absolutely fantastic place to be in summer.
Also, in my FIVE minutes of knowledge I gained from looking at a real estate site I noticed there does not seem to be any BARS ON THE WINDOWS. The first thing I always look for when perusing international real estate sites.
BARS on the windows is a no go place for me.
I watched a YouTube video over the weekend titled the top 15 places to buy beachfront real estate on the Mediterranean.
I could end up in TAKEN 4.
Albania was the Number 1 place on the YouTube video.
Sicily was number 2. At least in Sicily or Calabria you could pay off the local Don to make sure you or your villa was not molested. You need to show some respect.
Stores, carjackings, trucks, trains, planes, no where is safe from dark thievery. Not even your home. Civility is dead. Flee the cities! Laws are meaningless, arm and defend yourself accordingly.
