"John Kennedy Stumps Another Biden Judicial Nominee on Basic Legal Terms"
Regarding institutionally indoctrinated (imo) judicial nominee, and with all due respect to true statesman Sen. John Kennedy, how could the nation possibly have survived without the 17th Amendment, popular voting for federal senators by constitutionally low-information voters? /super-sarc
Sounds like a perfect selection from President Retard
I believe you are allowed to use books for the bar exam.
Bttt
OJT at the federal district court level does not sound to me like a good idea.
Sounds overqualified compared to the past diversity contestants.
“No one at Bendini Lambert and Locke has ever failed the bar exam”.
A ‘stay’ order is what you tell ‘em after ‘sit’.
This is all theater. Does Kennedy ever complain that Lindsey Graham votes for these nominees?
I once asked a law student i met in a bar what the meaing of the word “peer” was. His said “all of humanity”. There ya go.
The wages of affirmative action is incompetence at every level.
I think there is only one question on the bar exam. “Are you black” answer “yes” passed. “no” failed.

During a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, the senator asked Sara E. Hill to explain the difference between a “stay” order and an “injunction.”
“A stay order would prohibit, um, sorry. An injunction would restrain the parties from taking action. A stay order … I’m not sure I can, actually can, can give you that,” she answered.
But then, I am not being nominated to be a Federal Judge.
Hey, she’s not being vetted for a rocket surgeon, so leave math out of it, ‘cause it’s hard!
OJT at the federal district court level does not sound to me like a good idea.

Just FYI everybody, did you know judges have to go to judges’ school? To train to be a judge? They don’t get to the bench and know everything. It takes time. Which is why mandatory retirement age for judges is total BS in my estimation.
Sara Elizabeth Hill was born in 1977 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.[1] She graduated from Northeastern State University with a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude in 2000 and with a Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2003.[2][3]

What you said. I graduated in 1979, never practiced in federal courts, and learned about this in the last 20 minutes…
… but I love watching Kennedy’s takedowns!
