There is no trimester data in the after market report that i have. but some say it was worse altho first trimester miscarriages are more common less as the pregnancy goes to term as i understand.
There have been some data reported here on FR in the past year showing a high percentage of miscarriages in the first trimester. If you use google you won’t find those studies. Maybe duckduckgo will bring them up.

Placental inflammation during the viral infection may result in fetal growth retardation and induce abortion. There has not been any consistent evidence of vertical transmission of the virus from mother to fetus, which requires further investigation.

The evidence is overwhelming that there has not been a massive increase.

The Nuremburg Code has not been incorporated into US law.
There will be no Nuremburg 2.0 since there are no provisions in US law for a Nuremburg trial.
Nor does the evidence support such trials.
You would know these things if you did more research instead of name-calling.
