Among the alarming reports, a testimony of a tank commander claimed he observed soldiers playing soccer, swimming in the waters of Gazan beaches, spraying graffiti inscriptions on the walls of Palestinian houses, and planting trees brought from Israel. "Alarming reports"? ALARMING REPORTS?
Are all "Post" organizations crazy?
These troops weren't killing, raping and mutilating civilians during their sweep. THAT would have been an alarming report.

I see the IDF just like the U.S. military. They're woke. So they have some problems with discipline. But their readiness is probably much better than ours. They live in a hostile neighborhood. So they can't afford to make mistakes. But their air force is carrying them all the way. The decline of character in the West extends to Israel. We could not fight WW2 on its terms due to this, even aside from production capacity.
