Someone coming from the city of Niagara Falls NY, at very high speed, towards the bridge to Canada, then hit a barrier, car flew into the Customs inspection area and exploded.
apparantly the car was a Bentley, which adds an interesting twist.

She probably said 9/11 was due to the poor quality of flight instruction at the school that taught the terrorists. Flying into the towers was accidental and not related to terrorism.
