Pelosi decided to use impeachment as a POLITICAL weapon. This sowed irreputable damage to the Republic, but the modern democrat party mantra is the Ends Justify the Means—WHATEVER it takes.

But actually impeaching Biden, that’s different story.
I believe that the Constitution specifically states 2/3rds of the US Senate, not 3/4ths to convict and remove a President.
