Logically, a statute of limitations cannot make any sense. You can’t change a law today, that does away with the past. I will guarantee you that wouldn’t fly without media propaganda being blared at all of us, including judges.
Judges and courts may have ruled on this, but it still does not make it right. This is just another in a long line of things that point to the way out. Another American revolution. We can’t secede, we can’t gain control of the Legislatures, the law enforcers or the Federal bureaucracy. 99.9% of all control comes from those we have no standing to get control of.
I should have said retroactively changing a statute of limitations is not logical Judicially. I personally am at the point where I don’t trust any seat of governmental power. We are at the absolute WHIM of our masters.
