I doubt anybody will agree with me but I think there is a chance that Engoron will rule for Trump. First, he will milk it by taking it under advisement. Then, he will think about it a week or two. Then, he will announce a day or two ahead that he will announce his decision so he can get the biggest audience.
The foregoing will get him MORE enduring publicity by far than doing the expected and rule for the moron Letitia James. Then he pops out a book in a week or two, written by a ghost writer (who’s probably writing it now) and sells it to a publisher for 10 million. Then he retires.
