Amy worthless Barrett could have saved us a lot of grief with the Jan. 1 registration deadline along with everything else if only she had issued a TRO. They did it for Maryland...why not illannoy?
It should be noted that filthynois has been trying for the ban since the 1980’s with a republican governor no less. The sons of bitches finally succeeded.
Don’t know. Only hope I can think of is a positive decision in the Maryland case which was vacated and remanded awhile back and/or grant cert to criminalannoy plaintiffs.
Thus is procedural. They have to go through
the regular process for appealing this travesty. Its a disappointment but far from a loss.
I hate phony-Barrett too. Also Kave-in-awe. Trump’s biggest mistakes but my guess is Peking Mitch was resppnsible and recommended them. But its procedural. Lets hope they kill it if lower courts don’t.
