I read this tweet in a Twitchy article, a few hours ago. If our justice system weren’t controlled by Demonicrats, this info should mean Trump owns all of them.
Here us my thinking, if it was harmful to Trump, it would have been leaked before Trump ever got the binder. If it’s harmful to the deep state, they woild2 be frantically trying to gain possession before it was leaked? The perceived harm to the deep state may be greater than the actual harm. It doesn’t seem to alter their frantic search.
For once they are probably correct. These documents are “dynamite”. Very very likely they contain the texts showing how the “Deep State”* was conspiring to take down an elected US President. If those documents were to be released to the public a large portion of the IC and the Congress (Senate & the House) would find themselves in legal jeopardy (as they should be!).

If it was so highly classified and the information within it, then how did CNN know what was in it, when it disappeared, where it was located, and who could see it?
They at CNN forgot to mention that there is a need to know status on compartmental clearance for that sensitive material. There are three requirements for individual access to classified information for national security eligibility, a need-to-know the information, and a completed Standard Form (SF) 312, Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreement.
Unless there was an investigation for that material as since it apparantly was discovered that it existed, when the investigation currently had nothing to do with archied material properly stored without looking for it, they would not have had a need to know if they were not looking for anything they could find. And there aren’t 25 congressional aides that have that level of clearance. Or without admitting they were trying to provide evidence to an investigation they were fishing for, they wouldn’t have received entrance. Furthermore the archives would have known who had it, where it was, and was it stored properly...a scif.
I’ll bet there are a number of those classified eligible aides building a bunder as we speak to support an inmvestigation tha wouldn’t have been taken on. I also wonder how many signatures will have to be authenticated for it’s past viewing as it couldn’t have just sprung up.
And the biggest question...why would anyone leave a trail of investigation fodder right out in the open. Even Hilary tried to bleach her sole source computer records. Trump and his staff may be a lot of things, but they aren’t that stupid.

It was all engineered to take Trump down, then when unsuccessful, hidden in various FED GOV silos in a systemic coverup, with follow-on 5th generation lawfare / warfare... so yeah good luck with prosecuting these traitors to the fullest extent of the law.
If anyone can do it, it’s Mike Davis. He said if Trump appoints him interim Attorney General, he would have at least three weeks to wreak havoc on the swamp before some Constitutional procedural restriction ties him down.
It is impossible that there is only one binder in existence. The proof of your theory is that nothing harmful to Trump was leaked.
They are scared schiffless that the binder will surface and Hillary’s prediction will come true, “If that bastard wins, we all hang from nooses!”

Doubtful. "Binders" and what is on them, can be photocopied, scanned, duplicated, digitized, disseminated, hidden elsewhere, on the web, etc. etc. The FBI isn't that stupid to organized a historical public raid on a President on a wild-goose chase.
It’s been suspected for some time that the documents Biden is looking for are the
notorious “Russia collusion documents” which implicate Hillary and the Ukranian govt.

I urge you to quench your cynicism by doing some research. Me spoon feeding things to you is pointless. You are the one who has to wake yourself up by looking at information which is readily available all over the internet. This stuff isn’t a secret. Millions of people know about PEADs.
Did the "folder" just magically float over to the WH after freeing itself from the safe? I don't believe for a minute that a super-secret folder of "evidence" locked up at the C_A would ever have been allowed off the premises, especially to end up in the hands of someone they despised.
While past elections in Ukraine have been viewed as proxy battles between the US and Russia, it appears that the 2016 US presidential election faced a barrage of shady influence from Ukraine——which is a beneficiary of billions of US tax dollars——attempting to influence an election outcome biased for Ukraine’s national interests.
It now appears Ukraine’s election interference was based on Ukraine hungering after US foreign aid .....from 2015 up to and including the “Russian invasion,” and onto Ukraine’s 2023 beg-a-thons for US tax dollars.

If my 2015 memory serves me correctly, I believe that the FBI had an IT counter intelligence team on the ground in Ukraine to “protect Ukraine’s election integrity” (LMAO) and is suspected of primarily creating a Russia Russia Russia footprint in efforts to connect with Trump in whatever way possible so that they could frame him/entrap him...
