With immigrants from Massachusetts in recent years, New Hampshire has become gradually less conservative, especially less socially conservative. That partially explains why Haley and Christie do better in New Hampshire than elsewhere and why DeSantis does worse.

She’s running a lot of ads on Boston TV and radio stations. The most heavily populated part of New Hampshire is basically a suburb of Boston and tunes into its TV and radio stations.
