When Democrats are in power they always use a ratchet strategy. When the party of collusion ( Republicans) are in power, they compromise with the Democrats and give back a few things that they have actually done for conservatives.
Did the Mexican govt. swear an oath to protect the United States from all enemies, foreign and domestic? Is the Mexican govt. obliged to protect America's borders?
