The War Powers Act allows the President to (sort of) respond to an immediate attack on the U.S. but there is a time limit. Then a formal declaration is needed.

The same folks who wanted Bush thrown in jail for Iraq, would happily allow Biden to send someone elses kids to die for Zelensky. Ukraine is running out of fighters rapidly…. Who will they bring in to reinforce whats left?
If pedojoe drags us into war, then this is one horse we should definitely change out in midstream. Although I won't be surprised if he goes full Zelensky and cancels the 2024 elections. Maybe that's the real plan.
