Exactly. I just bought several new handguns, one for the wife and one for me. The state patrol had her cleared in 2 hours. It took them 8 days for me!

I am a CCW holder and have NFA items. The guy at the store said the “state patrol is all over the place.”

Bastards.

I believe he is referring to our completely mail in ballot voting.

It could be an ashtray, a fireplace poker, a bottle of booze, or what have you.

And ATF forced a lot of closures, in recent years.

Mail in ballots in WA are rife with fraud.

I remember several years ago when Kansas passed a concealed carry law. Our governor at the time was Kathleen Sebelius, who was about as pro-abortion and anti-gun as any person could be. The law passed with such an overwhelming majority in both houses that she had to sign it because her veto was going to be overturned. I would have loved to have seen the look on her face when she signed it. Don’t even need a concealed carry permit in Kansas anymore, we’re a free state, but I have one anyway because fu. My sons don’t, they carry freely.

Another thing about waiting periods is that if a person who already owns one or more firearms is subject to a waiting period for a new purchase, they still have access to other firearms in the meantime.

Yeah.

I may have some big bore handguns and rifles, and I want to get a .25.

Because I want to off my wife, and don’t need all that power.

So, 10 days to cool off, right?

The records are retained by the seller until the seller goes out of business.

Supposedly can be destroyed by the FFL dealer if 20 years old.

I’ve asked some dealers if they have done this.

They seem to be reluctant.

Reluctant - - - The feeling for the new year.

I believe those records are supposed to be destroyed after 90 days. I seriously doubt that is happening.

I actually asked the CA DOJ about this.

“We keep records for the life of the gun.”

And that was over 15 years ago.

once the State Patrol says the person buying is OK.
= = =

So now the WSP has to set up a database and monitor and administer it?

First, $$$$$$$$ to them. Then, more time. Then, more oppressive power.

I read about these proposed laws so draconian that they would like to track if I made a personal, confidential sale to a person and even if I were to bequeath a firearm to a family
member. What the hell do they want to know next, how many times I piss in a day when it’s cold?

Sure.

CA is starting ‘Toilet to Tap’ water supply. Re-use waste water for drinking.

So, peeing under a bush is a waste of that precious water.

It is the Soviet of Washington. We get the government that the majority of people vote for.
