Better to couch it like this: EVERY candidate has the right to challenge evidence of Obvious Vote Fraud, and Irregular voting procedures that are not supported by or adhering to electoral laws passed by State Legislature prior to the election as stated by the Constitution. And if fraud is determined to exist, to seek removal of the fraudulently installed individual.
Because this is what Trump is trying to do.

Pelosi was in charge of security for the Capitol Bldg. and she was offered extra security support by Trump twice and she declined his offer. There were agitators from the FBI and Ray Epps plus his agitators with bull horns encouraging protesters to storm the Bldg. who were never charged.
