It’s a lot of work to pull out the 2X4s and larger boards and there is the danger of impairing the structural integrity. Sinks, toilet bowels, washers, dryers and refrigerators and copper and wire is much easier.

I used to help a friend rehab Section 8 condos his buddy had bought to resell. Every one a disaster and uninhabitable in the end. Appliances, sinks, light fixtures, wire, copper pipe, HVAC... all ripped out and gone and sold for drugs.

There’s your problem right there. You get too many White people in one place it becomes clean, orderly and safe. The perfect conditions for breeding kids who have no sense of danger.
Ditto for Europe, at least one born after the war and before the Muslim invasion.
