Legally? That's not what I heard Congresscritters say during the hearings about the immigration problem in general and the actions of Secretary Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas in particular. (There were claims that the problem was not the Secretary but the President, that the secretary was just following orders. Where have we heard THAT excuse before?)

What's interesting is that the Mayor of NYC is blaming the common carrier, and the government organization paying the ticket price, for the influx of illegals. He STILL refuses to place the blame on the right person.
