When he enlisted, he did so with his eye wide open. He knows of the lunacy that permeates the military and is not blind to it. So yeah, he's a good one. Thank you! I must have done something right. :-)
But if your son is looking for a quality very good condition house (w/ good AC!), in the 700K range, I know of one good Christian owner selling.
He'll be looking to rent, and I'm sure he'll be looking to find someplace as close to NAS Jacksonville as possible. I thought about moving down there and sharing a place with him in order to help pay the rent but I don't think he's up for that. As much as he loves me, and me him, he doesn't think we'd last long in the same dwelling! LOL I am, however, going to see if there is any VA housing down there. If I can find someplace, and my disability funds start coming in, I still might be able to help him financially and be close enough to visit.
That audio device is due in by Friday so I will definitely be checking it out. One thing that might get in the way is that I have an Otterbox case covering my phone and will be possibly get in the way of the audio plug. I might have to either cut away from the case a bit, or purchase an adapter of some sort to make it work. We'll see.
