Another article yesterday said that he would not be imprisoned while awaiting appeal.
GP loves to hype in some cases so I am unsure what is the probable outcome.
I am also seeing a lot of instances where defendants in Trump cases, Trump administration issues and J6 cases where plainly biased judges are issuing ruling not allowing a specific argument or defense to be argued or presented at court.
While I expect the prohibition allows appeal it seems to me that the cases are bing tried in a manner to amplify the immediate incarceration or conviction I lieu of going for a just and appeal-proof ruling. It is as though the judges know the case itself is flawed but WANT TO RAM IT THROUGH REGARDLESS FOR POLITICAL PURPOSES.

I’m not sure but have a feeling that if the founders were alive today they’d remove the Constitutional prohibitions against “cruel and unusual punishments” to give Democrats and treasonous RINOs a fraction of the punishment they deserve.
My sincere hope is all those responsible for wrongly charging all these good patriots are held to the same standard next year when they will be found guilty of treason and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. That includes DA’s, their staff, corrupt judges, the entire deep state apparatus, and as many corrupt pols as possible. I suspect many of them will qualify for the death penalty.
If Trump did anything to fight back the gop will tell him they will impeach him like they said last time, and they will do it and remove him. He has no allies im DC, not even in his own party (especially not in it, actually)

I really wonder how many US government employees were actually born here. I think that a lot of these government workers joined the ranks to get a communist paycheck. They don’t have to work or learn how to work they just get a paycheck and a pension and benefits.
I noticed it when I did employee benefits for the city and county of San Francisco 30 years ago. Many many many non-US born people.
