I’m no legal expert and have not read this positively mental woman’s book, but my understanding is that he was not found liable for rape in the civil trial (I think it was reduced to “sexual abuse”) and there was no criminal rape case, so if she claims she was taped by Trump in her book, can he not due her for defamation or at least make the publisher redact those claims? Maybe ask for $90 million in damages?
