It is my understanding that originally Carroll was using Trump’s name and a private semi-consensual act to try make money by book royalties.
To whom can they appeal?
America can do much better than Nikki Haley—and will.
Carroll had two credible women back her.
However, I’ve seen the security system used by a Macy’s store circa 1992 and I am of the belief that the dressing rooms entrances of Bergdorf-Goodman were videotaped and monitored in real time.
Also, due to American love of money, I find it hard to believe that Carroll would not have sought out a lawyer to try to get money off a billionaire just after the alleged attack.
Plants in general are stupid (Robert might be an exception, but I digress) so we don't have to choose which.

You could tell that Nikki’s “popularity” in New Hampshire was due to astro-turf support from the left when suddenly she had loud energetic ‘supporters’ attending her rallies and speeches. Never-Trump Republicans don’t have that kind of energy. They’re timid and risk averse. If you want to see what a crowd of true establishment Republicans looks like, look at a JEB rally or a DeSantis rally. You don’t hear the angry “Hell No’s!” that you heard at Nikki’s speech when she went on about “The Establishment” telling her she should drop out. You could just hear it. These were plants who had the anger and furor of the radical left.

Southern Border states should reward NYC for it’s Trump lawfare vendetta by sending in every bus full of illegal invading slags it can find. Make that $83M look like chicken feed.
