I disagree, I don’t think he did. He never vetoed any Omnibus Spending Bill, after all was said and done economic growth under him for 4 years averaged 1.67%, lowest of any president since records were tracked from Truman. In addition $6 to 8 Trillion were added to the National Debt on his watch. So much for any Fiscal Conservatism. No attention to the Debt, Deficit and Health Care Spending.

If he wins I will seriously consider selling all stock market investments and go to Cash. Or stay in Hard Asset Companies.

Trump does not need to take credit for biden's market gains nor should he want to. Let's get some facts.

From 1/11/21 when the market was at 31097 it has gone to 38302 as of today.

biden's rate of annual return for the three years is a paltry 7.21%

From 1/14/17 when the market sat at 19885 it rose to 31097 on 1/11/21

For the four year term of Trump's Presidency, including the crash of 2020 as a result of fake covid the market annualized rate of return was a WHOPPING 11.84%

biden's return during his reign isn't nearly as good and did not suffer the devastation of the covid farce. By the time his reign began the market had recovered. It swooned when the full effect of his imacculation and reign began to take full effect. We have had two years of zero gain since this time in 2022 when interest rates soared to combat the inflation caused by trillions of dollars of waste being pumped into the economy. As a result of that inflation even with market gains we have taken at least a 25% haircut in the buying power of the dollar.

The Trump years, up until the covid farce, were some of the best years of my investing life and that includes about 6 decades. Trump wouldn't have biden's economy. Trump's economy would be much, much, much better.

biden is the kind of dishonest fool that crows about improvement when he hasn't even fixed the problem he created.

Look at the Chinese and United States markets the day after the Iowa Caucuses and the NH Primary.

As Trump rises in the polls and the delegate count, so do our financial markets, while China’s simultaneously implodes.

He is not wrong.

I know folks in leadership at some large tech mfg. centers who are increasingly optimistic that their nightmare is coming to an end... as well as their clients who believe the same thing.

The chips-back initiative is kicking in.

I’m a Trump supporter - but he better be careful with this one. We’re getting pretty close to the rug pull.
Look at the markets just prior to the 2007/08 disaster.

******************

Trump doesn’t care about a rug pull.
If the stock market keeps rising through November, he’ll take credit for it.
If it tanks, he’ll blame Biden & Bidenomics.

This is good move by the Trump campaign, because the democrats are starting to get cocky about the economy.

Trump is muddying the waters.

I remember the press bot being concerned that Obama blamed every screwup in his administration on his predecessor.

where you gonna go when the volcano blows?

There's no place to go. It is a global economic fiasco.

Some land, some supplies, and no debt is the best one can do besides depending on the mercy and grace of God.

Trump wants to be the next President regardless of the economy.

If the economy blows up, he’ll address it without “weird economic ideologies” that will cause more suffering.

If the economy is going good, he’ll just continue with policies & rhetoric that are good for sectors like energy, manufacturing, transportation, industry, technology, agriculture, & finance.

Why not Mr. Cuban? Didn’t you go all cash back in 2016 ? How did that work out for you?

Different circumstances and we were not another $12 Trillion in Debt with Inflation out of control, also the ZIRP policies of the Fed are no longer going on, at least not yet. Average economic growth under Trump was 1.67% lowest of any President since W.W. II and Postwar. So if he gets elected again I will not be fooled again and expect the same mistakes as the first term.

Did you miss this thing called Covid? Where do you get your “facts “ from? MSNBC? Trump was averaging over 2% and almost 3% in 2018! That minus 3% in 2020 might have affected it just a bit...but you go ahead and hide your money under the mattress Mr. Cuban.

After reading David Stockman’s latest book and seeing the numbers I disagree, Trump was pretty much an Illusion as far as economics is concerned. Fed Policies and Cheap money fueled pretty much everything and has since Greenspan.

Covid was a self inflicted disaster that should never have happened and the lockdowns were never going to work.

This country underwent more serious Epidemics with the 1957-58 Asian Flu Pandemic and the 1968 Hong King Flu Pandemic which in truth killed more people than Covid-19 ever did and we did not shut the country down.

Then there is the fact Trump never vetoed a single spending bill from Congress signing those Omnibus Spending Bills, not mention he added at least $8 Trillion to the National Debt and never once did anything about Spending.

He has no plans to deal with out of control Health Care Spending, Defense Spending, and Interest on the Debt, all three of those consume over $3.5 Trillion of the Budget.

So unless he is going to address these issues with concrete plans to act then I will not be voting for him.

Golly gee...that really hurts. LMAO. David Stockman? Oh no, say it isn’t so! The same clown who said the market was going to collapse in 2016? Go clutch your pearls, get your LowT treated and vote for Joe. Good riddance
