Texas will not let him go. You gotta love a guy who has been in a wheelchair for 35 years but stands head and shoulders above most other men. At 17, Governor Abbott lost a full college scholarship because of a tragic accident. God has nonetheless raised him up and blessed the lives of many others throgh Greg Abbott.
