I just noticed that after the court ordered gerrymandering of district 2 in Alabama to increase black percentages that of the 13 democrats in the primary not one of them is white, while the republican primary has among its 8 primary candidates at least one black female (who I intend to vote for). This was so wrong for a 3 judge panel to effectively gerrymander in order to increase the likelihood of democrats winning a seat. That is exactly what it is, gerrymandering! I also don’t understand why a white person cannot represent blacks? Thats what they are saying! So then it stands to reason that a black person, if elected, would not represent the whites, who are still the majority in the district. The court has no business drawing these areas, it is gerrymandering which is both illegal and wrong. Its also not about black representation its really just about democrats getting a seat.

Haley has no path even if President Trump disappeared tomorrow.
The Republican delegates hate her guts.
The Party hates her guts.
She can no longer be elected dog catcher in her local community—at least as a Republican.
She burned all the bridges.

Haley is still hoping that only her and DeSantis will be at the convention and that Trump will be disqualified or dead.
Both DeSantis and Haley are waiting to see if TRump will be talen down with lawfare or otherwise.
Thats a fact, whether the delegates hate her or not.Both DeSantis and Haley have delegates, and so that means they get to be on the floor with them.

We have a neighbor who politically is far to the to the right. A few months ago, she told us that she believed that John F. Kennedy, Marylin Monroe, and Elvis were all still alive and well. When my wife pointed out that Kennedy would now be 106, Monroe would be 97, and even Elvis would be 88 years old this all went completely over her head.
