I would make the case that the U.S. as it was established under the Constitution effectively ceased to exist when the events leading up to the Whiskey Rebellion unfolded in the early 1790s.

There were years of preparation before the grand ghazi stepped into office. he however, was the single largest frontman for the death to Western man agenda.
In taking down America you are attacking the hub of Western man.
It has been a downward spiral since November 22, 1963! Those guilty back then are the same as those guilty today!
One reason compartmentalization is so popular in the Intelligence Community.
The point that makes it clear we’ve lost our country is when the communists have full control. And I mean full control. Historically they share power with no one. They also do not trust traitors.
Now not trusting traitors and sharing power with no one leaves the democrats out on a very thin limb, likely to be hung or shot with the rest of us. When the commies line us up against the wall, it will be nice to know a democrat is line up beside be on either side. And at that point I will know the game is over for America.
I’m sure a lot of people agree with this: for me it officially happened with the election of 2020.
Well if we want to get into technicalities like that I would say that it began when we reduce the voting age to 18.
Bah - yah.
Shouldn’t post before coffee…
We officially LOST on 3 Nov 2020.
Obozo/Biden 2008-2016 caused serious irreparable damage.
That is a good date to choose. I might have said 1965 with that immigration bill. 9/11 was the perfect opportunity to put the clamps down and crush dissent and refocus things, but Jesus w. Arbusto was stupid and weak. And we all paid the price. The stable Genius was the last shot, but he blew it, and there is no getting it back I believe now.
I hear yeah. Just wasn’t sure if I missed something, which I often do. 😋
Eisenhower only deported something like 1.3 million in Operation Wetback. Imagine just the name today. Oh my.

Get rid of the illegals and you get rid of a host of problems and costs but that is not the only major problem we face in our end. The military and other significant institutions such as higher edumacation have been hollowed out to not much of what they were and what we need. The litany of decay of infrastructure that has decayed beyond repair, schools in turmoil, a medical system that is shaking the last nickel out of our pockets, decayed esteem around the world, an energy policy with the only goal being destructon to drive us back into the dark ages, rampant city crime and killer drugs, a successor population largely lacking in moral, ethical or work ethic compass and the list goes on. Never mind the tribalism that obama made that makes us many instead of one.
Yeah, like our roads, the nation is probably beyond repair. If we were a car we would be declared totaled.
“Since its creation the USA has been run by a small group of elites who occasionally throw the people some scraps to keep them happy.”
True. But until the past several decades, the power and money of government was such that they could F things up some. But the overwhelming dominance of the private sector generally cleaned up their mess and noone even noticed.
Now they control hundreds of billions every month. They regulate every tiny aspect of our lives. And they have the power and guns to enforce even the stupidist regulation. They virtue signal their moral crusades by forcing them and the consequences on regular Americans.
So though you are right that American government has long been dominated by a ruling class, the existence and power of the ruling class has not been a crisis until more recently.
Until then, they were just Rich Men North of Richmond pretending to run the world. Now they do.
Getting a little personal there, aren't you?
Agreed, that was a terrible blow to this nation. Never will trust SCOTUS again to get something right.
November 5, 1912
Why Nov. 22, 1963? JFK gave some good speeches but had a very mixed record as President. Nixon probably would have handled the crises of 1961 to 1963 better.
TOO LATE! Its already happened.
When the grocery shelves are empty, but its too late then, the third horseman of the Apocalypse will have destroyed us.
