It looks like he has been over-medicated lately, with all his mood swings. The psychotropic drugs he obviously takes need to be adjusted frequently anyway and several tests are needed to get the dosage right. Jill Frankenstein’s monster needs a re-adjusted jolt to keep him functioning properly...
