I think so too. No idea what, really, is behind this, but the intensity and urgency with which the Senators are willing to bleed money for a bunch of oligarchs defies reason. The silent killer here btw, is Schumer. One can justifiably gripe about McConnell, but Schumer is the cancer on the senate and keeps his profile almost hidden. When will someone ask him what HE is doing for America.
It certainly looks that way. After all they didn’t bat an eye over losing control of Afghanistan’s opium fields. This must be something that would get a lot of people in jail for a long time. More than just money and drugs. Child sex rings? Something that would make Epstein blush? Snuff parties? It has to be something on that level. Something no sane person would tolerate.

Sorry folks, but Ukraine cannot win this war, never could, and Russia sure as hell will not be beaten back from the lands they have conquered.
This war is without question the most preventable one I can think of in my lifetime in the western world.
A clown prince named Z who doesn’t understand the geopolitics of his nations, and arse hats from the west feeding him sweet nothings rather than reality created this mess... Now an entier generation of Ukranian men are dead, and huge portions of this nation are destroyed... and for what??
ALl because Z is a clown, and the west is full of buffoons. Short of NATO putting troops on the ground, there is no way Ukraine can win this... none. That’s been true from day one... but instead of realizing this reality and pursuing some sort of peace, lets make a meatgrinder and slaughter an entire generation of ukranian men, and turn entire towns to rubble for years, only to wind up that only end game that was ever possible.
Could he be being credibly threatened with being beaten to death, blinded, put in a wheelchair for the rest of his days if he doesn’t get it passed? Remember Dingy Harry Reid and his “ exercise machine malfunctioning mishap”? Later rumored to be a fight with his brother that no one should look too closely into.
