Weird, I’ve always connected “thug” with whites.
No, you can’t take over the language.
The term ‘thug’, like many other such terms, describes the behavior of individuals, and is completely race neutral.
Control the language, control the debate. Control the debate, control the society.

The mayor focused on “thugs” . . . when the “dog whistle” is “responsible.”
When someone says “troubling” about crime that is a waving red flag—they have no intention of dealing with the problem.
Mr. Lucas, a 39 year old black man himself, is simply “shaming” the governor. In a joint effort over the past 100 years, blacks and the media and feel good liberals succeeded in effectively outlawing words that were critical about blacks. The “N” word can now only be used by blacks.
What they (blacks, media, feel good liberals) want, is the same thing for ANY word “critical” of blacks who committ crimes.

I was almost positive that the shooters with “white supremacists”. I’m sure glad Quinton clarified that they were Black “thug” minors.
Well, he is right about one thing. “Thugs” is a code word for black males doing their black male thing. Just like “savages” was the term coined by French priests for the Native Americans who were eating babies and disemboweling the what explorers.

The thugs’ identities have not been released because they are juveniles. As soon as they are charged as adults their identities will be released. But their juvenile records won’t likely be. See the ‘Gentle Giant’ from Ferguson.
So this will be their first offense. Because they are under 18, they will not be subject to Missouri’s death penalty, nor will they be subject to life without parole. What will the thugs be charged with? I doubt they planned to kill the woman they killed since apparently the thugs used a ‘spray and pray’ technique.
But citizens, the real problem, besides your racism, is the fact that you possess guns. If you didn’t have guns then the two sweet souls presently locked up might not have gotten them through theft or some other illegal means. If you look at it closely enough, it’s really our fault. /s

He's saying the word 'thug' represents the black community and any such use of the word is cultural appropriation.
You couldn’t be more wrong. I grew up about 150 miles from Kansas City... yes, I am in my 70’s. But at my high school parking lot, you could walk out in the student section any afternoon and find dozens of trucks with gun racks, with both a rifle and shotgun — unlocked. Most of the cars had a pistol or two in the glove box ... again unlocked. WE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.
Guns don’t kill people and pencils don’t misspell words. People kill people... where did we loose the basic value of respecting others? I remember in the 50’s of separate bathrooms at the county fair... but society saw the error of that and they were eliminated. Frankly speaking is see more racism propagated by minorities than by “whites”.
