I would think so. He should be served with a ton of civil lawsuits because he’s using the tax base to fund/forgive the loans without justification and remuneration to all Americans.

Violates equal protection under the law, both for only giving ‘some’ Americans money and others not, AND grants forgiveness on taxes that would be normally due on forgiven loans being INCOME. Again, benefit to ‘some’ and not all.

Yes- this the VERY definition of a High Crime. Not a misdemeanor in the colonial sense. The President does NOT have the Constitutional power to excuse debt financed by the votes of the purse string holders of the Constitution- the US Congress (specifically the House of Representatives must originate the expenditure bills for these “loans”).

I remember in the olden days when buying votes was a felony.
The problem is the RINOpublican party under the corpse of Mitch McConnell does absolutely nothing. We are a two party system where each party is suppose to keep the other in check. When one party does not, the other goes off the rails which is happening right now. If SCOTUS has,in fact,ruled that The Big Guy doesn't have the authority to "forgive" student debt but he then does so his "high crime" isn't defying SCOTUS...it's failing to uphold and defend the Constitution.
