What happened to our trusted “Fact Checkers?”
Every utterance, no matter how hyperbolic, of the Orange Menace was fact checked by the trusted austere members of the unbiased media. Everything was “without evidence” or “baseless.” I remember a very serious reporter “fact checking” Donald Trump when he claimed that he had stacked hambubgers a “mile high” when he hosted a college foot ball team at the White House. It was an actual fact check claiming he was lying because “according to White House pictures there were only three hambubgers stacked on the table which would only be about 9 inches high. Not anywhere close to the mile that Trump claims.”
