Retiring does not absolve one of crimes they have committed.
Wray belongs in prison and if convicted of High Crimes, imprisoned at Gitmo.

I grew up near enough to Washington (the District of Columbia) to visit often and walk around for hours. It was a beautiful and safe city. There were less than half as many people in this country as there are now; and the government was about a quarter or less the size it is now. You could drive in and park all day for a couple of dimes and nickels, enjoy the Smithsonian and other museums, go up to the top of the Washington Monument and down again, visit the National Gallery, the Capitol Building, the Supreme Court, the Library of Congress, and many other wonderful sights, like the Cherry Blossoms in spring, or cheer the many patriotic parades throughout the year. It was a truly magnificent parkland and testiment to freedom, as our Founders intended.
This was when the Congress still administered the city that its residents always called “the District”, before Home Rule by chronic welfare-favoring “Democratcy.” It was before “white flight”, before DC had a mayor who did coke, before Soros' organizations were ruining every parade and running up the cost of security for every Republican inauguration, before Code Pink and other leftists regularly staged massive anti-American demonstrations and crawled all over congressional offices, before Obama's inauguration absolutely laid waste to the National Mall, before polar bear hunting, open air drug dealing, tent encampments on the avenues, before statues were pulled down and a church across from the White House set on fire.
Before all that, even jaywalking in DC got you a ticket; but then, visitors loved the District; tourists and school groups flocked there in safety year around. Now, if you are a white Christian attempting to drive or park or walk around in DC, you can be set upon without warning by speed cameras or flagrant criminals, and the victims of crime or random patriots can be surveilled or persecuted, for anything. If you are a POC, a cultural outlaw or an illegal, your sins will be forgiven by the justice system and your way made smooth by the taxation or punishment of others. It's a different city in a different country now.
I hope to live long enough to see the pendulum swing back the other way.
I find it hard to believe there hasn’t been even one proper response to this overreach.
