"Setmayer told MSNBC host Michael Steele,"

It's one thing to be critical of fellow Republicans, but its another thing when they go on enemy liberal media (like MSNBC) to do it. I'm sure these so called Republicans know well in advance that they're expected to bash Republicans on the air to further the cause of democratic party propaganda. Otherwise, they wouldn't be invited.

Mc Connell is a pure “nothing burger”. His influence is DOA.

Spot on.

RINOs notwithstanding, the GOP is far from being a conservative party. They pretend to be, but they’re not and they will work to resist, undermine and block most of what Trump wants to do if he’s elected. They know that he’s only got about three years to govern and they will wait him out IMO.

The fact that Mitch is still in his leadership position says more about the party than it does about him.

That criticism of Trump in that article was very thin on actual details.

My larger take is this: If the GOP actually pushed to create an enforceable border policy, fought against DEI/CRT, all the gender bending non-sense, sending manufacturing to China, and anti-police policy perhaps there would be no Trump.

But because the GOP bent over and took it from the Dems they created a vacuum that Trump filled.

Say what you will about Trump’s personality (I roll my eyes when I hear some of his comments myself), but he fights for things that most Americans agree with. Heck, I even think a large percentage of Dems agree with Trumps policies, but they are so ‘owned’ by the system they are too afraid to act like grown men and women and say it.

Onward we go.....

MSN is the enemy of Conservatives. Why would anyone accept advice from someone who wants to destroy you?

"...It is the exact opposite. McConnell knows Trump is serious. the only serious person in the room most of the time. McConnell lives in his fantasy world with his RINO colleagues who are all scared to death of the serious threat Trump poses to them..."

Spot on.

Spot on.

McConnell will endorse the party nominee. That’s inevitable.

The Swamp is very fearful of Trump for one overriding reason.

He knows the score in Washington now. We won’t hear much from him about the GOP side of the Swamp probably not until after he is sworn in. The Swamp can be persuaded he has been co-opted. But the moment he is sworn in, they are in trouble.

I think The Turtle would rather die than endorse Trump.

“...and his Chinese wife will make sure he does if he does!”

His Chinese wife got a cabinet post in the last two Republican administrations. That was the payoff for McConnell doing his job for the Republican president.

What this means is that the neocon RINO consultants in DC will be out of work if Trump is elected.

This happened in 2017 and shook these people hard.
