Ky law prevents a the Governor from appointing a rat. Of course we know the law means nothing to them.

Yes... the State Legislature (which has Rep super-majorities in Both houses) passed a law to make sure that happens. However, they did NOT change the constitution. So, the law basically means nothing.

The Governor has already said he would ignore it and follow the state constitution. At best, it would be in court for a little while. But, probably not long.
