What makes anyone think that more cash will halt climate change? It doesn’t take a lot of brilliance to realize that we,as humans, do not control the climate.

Humidity levels can be varied somewhat by landscaping and agriculture.

China has converted desert areas.

Temperature can be controlled to some extent by highly reflective paint and by solar panels to convert incident light into electricity.

Can humankind make upstate New York like California? No.
