Could we save a few bucks by combining the BDSM party and the shark repellant studies?

One more time: Remember when we REBELLED against our KING for a 1% tax on a breakfast beverage? Or when we almost took down George Washington for taxing booze? how about Shay’s Rebellion?

We should never have stopped providing the Fedgov with reasons to live within their budget... Or... as required by law, PASS an actual budget. Which they haven’t... In decades...
