Every state that legalizes marijuana loses money on it. Because illegal pot becomes cheaper plus the Mexican/Chinese Mobs start growing it illegally in places like the middle of National Forests.
Plus the fact that pot today is not your hippie Grandpas style weed. It is basically a narcotic, especially the Delta strains.
