Haven’t heard a peep out of the Republican leadership or Republican appointed judges.

Nor will you.

Notice that every Republican that betrayed Trump received a book deal or a media slot. Those that didn’t bend the knee to the deep state were indicted, jailed, disbarred, etc.

Matt Whitaker is available.

Lawfare trying to tell lawyers they’ll lose their standing to practice law if they take positions the Democrats don’t like.

The obvious analogy would be if the GOP went after Al Gore’s lawyers, with lawfare, due to their challenging the election results in Florida, which they ran all the way to the SCOTUS. But that never happened.

The lack of an uniform GOP outcry is why this is still taking place.

They held numerous national GOP debates yet these issues rarely if ever were brought up.

The silence is their obvious consent to the tyranny.

Good point.

Ted Cruz? Mark Levin?

I don't think so! Cruz is too much about himself. Levin doesn't have the judicial knowledge, i.e., he's a great pundit but I think he'd have a difficult time navigating the environment he'd find himself in.

The guy we need is Mike Davis, the President of the Article III Project. Mike is in his prime, a fighter and brilliant MAGA Constitutional lawyer. I don't think we'd seen any compromise/deals or ignorance as to how Mike would prosecute and jail swamp scum.

"Fulton County District Attorney Perjury Princess Fani Willis"

So a perjurer will get to prosecute a man who has shown serious and voluminous evidence of the crimes he was investigating?

She's the one who needs to be disbarred for a mountain of reasons, all way above some nebulous fiction like "overthrowing an election". Investigating a crime is not a crime.

These bar associations are committing suicide, which is probably for the best considering how corrupt they have become.

“The guy we need is Mike Davis...”

“Viceroy” 😊 Davis also clerked for Justice Gorsuch and was instrumental in managing Gorsuch’s successful nomination/confirmation to the SCOTUS. Davis also served as chief legal counsel for Chairman Grassley on the Senate Judiciary Committee ...and, yes, I'll second your motion!!!

Maybe the bar association should provide a pre-approved set of authorized legal opinions and advice which private attorneys are allowed to use.

Yes, Mr. Client, you have a clear case of election fraud. we recommend you read carefully DC Bar opinion and advice number 86-6HYT90, which is an authorized opinion by those who hold the opinions that issued it. This is the only authorized opinion.

If you fail to follow the authorized advice, you are on your own.

Levin is a lawyer and was Chief of Staff to AG Ed Meese.

His Landmark Legal has litigated for decades and in front of the Supreme Court.
