The woman is insane. Our WORST problem right now is lock-step, lickspittle agencies like the ATF creating rules out of thin air and calling it supplementary or descriptive addition to the 1934 NFA. No one calls them on it and when they do intentionally ‘err’ on it and get called out on it, they fight in the courts tooth-and-nail to keep their rules - Most Democrat courts uphold the administrative actions. The only success is destroying these ‘rules’ is the USSC.
