The bond company has the funds— and has made the payment. The check has cleared. It’s none of her damn business what collateral arrangement was. More fishing for crap to pile on Trump and his many assets backing all sorts of operations and cash flow.
She’s losing, and she’s going to lose the appeal also- and cost NY a boat load of interest on repaying the Bond back to the Bond company. She is quite stupid and arrogant= so good on her.
