Oh, I don't know, Wolfie. You can always get a new husband. Toes are another matter altogether.

Police cannot arrest and jail people for days at a time without filing charges; it's called illegal detention.

The whole DEA should be dissolved and let the local police obtain search warrants before they storm troop into a private home.

Under the "Patriot Act", the police are given the powers to not only remove PRIVATE property without notifying the owner but, when used in conjunction with the new FEMA "laws", are given the authority to remove people from their homes without specific warrants.

About 12 miles from where we live in middle TN, the police actually went to the trouble to obtain a warrant under the WOD "laws" but then proceeded to utilize it at the WRONG house and killed a man! The widow is now in possession of $350,000 and the police involved got "administrative" leave for their screw up. How's that for justice?

When the government fears the people, there is freedom. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny.

"Thinking there were burglars outside, Edwin Delamore, 21, fired from inside and killed Ruiz. He's now charged with capital murder." For the life of me I can't figure out how they can charge this guy with capital murder.

Really? Try having armed goons without warrants break into your house at 2 AM in the morning and ransack it and hold your wife and kids hostage at gun point while you're quaking in terror for your life and then state you still disagree with the ACLU that the government acted like a gang on the rampage to settle a score.

Unfortunately, I would have been shot to death, because I keep a personal firearm handy in case there is a break-in. Upon hearing the commotion, I would have challenged the intruders, and would have been killed.

The officer who killed me would be promoted for bravery under fire.

When do we start calling America a "POLICE STATE?"

You will be killed for your impertinance. Expect a no-knock 3:00AM raid.

Isn't this exactly what the SS and the Gestapo and the Brown shirts did in Germany in the middle 30s???

Yes, but it's better now, because........

.............uhhhhhh.......

.......................ummmmmmmmm......................

.................because these are AMERICANS doing it.

Exactly.

Maybe we're not doing enough to make the government fear us.

Older article . . .

LOL! Got tired of waiting, huh?

When the pro-dopers run out of fresh agitprop, they just recycle a bucket of the old manure. And as this thread proves, it never fails to draw the same swarm of adoring pro-dope flies.

What statements in the article are untrue? What in the article is "pro-dope"?

This is what happens when you take fat, arrogant, probably alcoholic power lusters who will work for peanuts, have them trained by spec forces, and give them military assault gear.

as the bank robbery in la a few years ago, when these guys run up against similarly armed true criminals, they hide under cars and get post traumatic stress disorder.

...and bootlicking fascists who like to call liberty whatever they decide to enforce at the end of a gun barrel, as in this article. thanks for making my point.

I suggest you go back and re-read the article. The article specifically says no drugs were found, there is nothing in the article that suggests these citizens had anything to do with dope.

Simple. The ACLU is involved, thus proving that this is just a big scam to drum up pro-drug support. After all, not supporting warrantless raids and illegal imprisonment when done in the name of the "War on Drugs" is supporting the enemy.

Is it just me, or have these sort of cowboy raids seemed to have just stopped once the traitor from Arkansas left office? The time frame of this story was back under Bubba's regime.
