You dont get it do you?

Clinton and Bush are just shadow boxers. They cover for each other. Its called the code of criminals. Nobody gets to be that high in power without someone having the dirt on them.

In Clinton/Gore v. Bush, its called a brawl by the press. But it would be a real brawl if they let loose with what they really had on each other. But then that would be MAD (Mutually assured destruction) and nobody wants that. Why the people might just elect a 3rd party if that kept up. No, the first rule of the code of criminals means you dont blow the scam.

You obviously have some sort of axe to grind, since the Halliburton issue isn't even remotely a scandal. Additionally, there have been entire books written about Bush trying to smear him with these exact allegations and it just doesn't stick because any objective look at the actual facts doesn't reveal any wrongdoing.

That's the way it is, and unless something new comes to light instead of a rehash of the old spin, this isn't going anywhere, either. You'll have to find something else to bash them with.

Anyone who call's President Bush's father "Daddy" and who attacks the integrity of Dick Cheney is doing the bidding of DU, and I don't give a farthing about how long you have been registered here. Go pound sand.

I doubt that most people even stop to think whether a candidant has been in the real world or the world of politics.
People like the clintoons and the gores are always described as "public servants", not government leeches. Average Americans don't care.

PUKE!??

Yeah, thats a good word for it, isn't it? Not pretty is it? Time to look at the REAL world for what it is and stop living in illusions.

I dont like it either, but the sooner we realize what is wrong the sooner we can try and fix it. Lining up behind people like Bush or Clinton wont get it done.

This could be trouble. Maybe if we federalized the accounting industry they can take this issue away from the Rats.

>>IMO, there's very little patience beyond the Beltway for Carville style attacks---especially on the president.<<
That may be true for politics but this is hitting voters in the pocketbook. Like father like son.

Yeah my axe to grind is with idiot party Repubs who line up behind the winner "W" without realizing who he is or who owns and controls him. He is no conservative. And he is leading all of us believers in Republic, Constitution and Freedom right off the cliff like Lemmings.

The man (Bush) did wrong and he's gonna be tarred. Like Clinton should have been, but wasn't. Are we going to go down with the USS Bush ship?

As more time goes by, it will be more and more apparent that Bush was not only negligent, but in bed with Al-Queda. This is not repub or Demo issue. They are all guilty. And over the wreckage of the Stock Market and the next terror attack (wherever) that is, maybe we can start to focus on the truth and expect same in our leaders.

What specific allegation of "criminal conduct" are you making against Bush?

I absolutely refuse to let your comments stand. I also think that the idea that all people in politics are crooks is a canard designed to bring the people into an attitude in which they will accept ANYONE as a leader since "it doesn't matter anyway."

I consider your voice the most destructive in American civic life. You denigrate everyone except your "perfect candidate" who, of course, never had to actually govern or even run a business. Your demand for third-party consideration shows me that you have an axe to grind and I would encourage all who read your comments to keep this in mind.

This story of Bush's dubious business affairs was reported, but it wasn't made an issue since the SEC covered for him, no doubt due to Daddy's pull.

That's a part of it of course, but the whole truth is nothing happened to him under the Dims for the same reasons nothing every happens to Bubba,Bubbette!,or one of the Kennedy's during a alleged Republican administration. The political criminal class will always cover for each other. They do this out of professional courtesty, and because none of them know when THEY will need this courtesy extended to them.

Wrong. Never voted Democrat. Never will.

I believe in only supporting leaders I believe in and W aint one of them. He is a good ole boy, skull and boneser, occultist, who is completely in the grasp of the NAFTA one-worlders (opposition to the world court, for now, notwithstanding). His daddy and daddys boys call the shots, and they dont like the constitution, maam.

You better go back and read more Agatha Christie. She would have been on this already.

"The political criminal class will always cover for each other."

So you are saying that Bush is guilty of criminal conspiracy?

Oh please... Don't you think that if Clinton could have found something, he'd have done something because of Gore?

No,for a couple of reasons. The first being that Goober is such a robotic idiot nobody but his mama likes him,and even that's only part-time. I believe her quote was something along the lines of "he is the only male Gore that is trainable". Who knows how many times she had to smack him across the nose with a rolled-up newspaper?

The second and most important reason is a President Gore in 2000 would prevent Bubbette! from running for president in 2004.

That tells me all I need to know about your sanity.

This is what we get for making compromises: AL Gore in 2004 and Hillary in 2008. Once again the Bushes destroy the GOP.

Is this a prediction or a campaign slogan?
