I've actually heard people in this country complaining about all the vaccines our kids get early. There is little understanding any more about the horror of watching your baby slowly choke to death.

that's been irking the hell out of me. the russians managed to save some 750 lives (last I heard, anyway) with a loss of 117 in an extremely difficult tactical scenario. 117/750 = 0.85 or 85% rate of redemption.
