My comments was re the not in jail al Fuqra members.

If the al Fuqra members have been plotting or committing acts of terrorism, they should be tried as terrorists. We can't deport most of them since they are US Citizens.

Every state needs the laws that Virginia enacted after 9/11, and plotting terrorism and commiting acts of terrorism need to be a federal crime incase the crimes are committed in a left wing state.

Great find! I just KNEW that phrase would be a terrorist's message! Or in this case a claim of responsibility!

I'm starting to get REALLY convinced that LE is covering up everything that points to ISLAMIC TERRORISM in this story! Just like OKC, trying to pin it on just two loco-locals (well almost local).

And what of the 2ND SHOOTER's CAR?
Remember this?

Wednesday Night, Oct. 23
-- 11:45 p.m.:
Police issue an alert [actually it's a news leak from a police scanner] for a blue 1990 Chevrolet Caprice with New Jersey plates NDA-21Z Caprice and a white 1989 Chevrolet Celebrity with Maryland plates ZWE-517.

There was never any more news about ZWE-517, the 2ND SHOOTER's CAR!

Now just watch THAT internet reference disappear soon also!!!

It also suggests that initial news reports citing U.S. officials who said there was no evidence of any connection between Muhammad and identified terrorist organizations may have been premature."

Well duh.

Yeah, I've got a response to "al Fuqra":

Fuqyu!

And the camel you rode in on.

"Muhammad" gave it away a long time ago. It just took the PC losers a while to catch on. Liberalism is soooo stupid.

If this is proven, I'll eat all my former words. However, I'll still be shaking my head as to why Muhammed is being tried in civilian court. After all, why the different treatment from Padilla?

Why don't send this reporter a reality check that the al Fuqra compound near Fresno has been closed for months.

They all seem to be oblivious of this piece of data.

They need to be focusing on the Red House in Va. as you noted, and the other al Fuqra compounds in America.

Mohammad and Malvo have explicitly been charged under Virginia terrorism statutes, which carry the death panalty.

M&M are not charged under any terrorism statues per the prosecutors. This is because the terrorism statues have not been used yet and LE does not know what the outcome would be, so in order to an expedient process (per J. Ashcroft), they will be tried as usual with the prosecutors asking for the death penalty.

My take on the different press conferences by John Ashcroft, and the 2 different prosecutors, it sounds as if they know these 2 are members of one terrorist group or the other, but LE wants to go about this in the tried and proven way at this time.

Don't forget when Chief Moose in one of his latter press conference keep referring to the nation. Remember after M&M was captured and Moose gave a press conference and informed us that this was not the end.

Also I don't know if it is the license plate that you are referring to in a earlier post, but it has been reported some of these people went into the police departments and informed the LE that they were in the area of the crimes, their reason for being there, and decided to move quickly because they were aware of the sniper situation.

They are here and they are here now.And the point should be taken: Stop dilly dallying on speculation of why there is no terrorist connection in these instances, and wake up and see the obvious!

You won't see much tie-in of these guys to anything!

The "Authorities" from GW on down are worried sick about vigilante action against Muslim groups ... or Muslim individuals.

At the moment, there are gubmint' agents keeping places like that Jamaat out in the Sierras under tight surveillance for two reasons: 1)They want to know what the hell is going on and 2) They really want to prevent some militia or other from taking these Fuqrs out. Once that particular genie is out of the bottle, there would be hell to pay in 35 states and serious repercussions overseas.

So far, the American public has treated the Muslims amongst us with remarkable civility and Christian forbearance far beyond what any of us would receive in a Muslim country.

I hope none of these Fuqrs see this as a sign of weakness. I also hope they realize they are on very thin ice indeed.

Like A Duck In a Noose"-Usama Bin L-A-D-I-N

_________________________________________________________

You can either assume the above or you can read it backwards and get Nidal as in (Abu Nidal). But what I see when I search for it with all letters included, like L A D I A N (ladian) gets a bit more interesting, like the article below:

1 - Number One News Resource of Pakistan - The News - Jang Group - ...

Four persons were killed and more than 12 injured on Thursday in sniper firing by four motorcyclists at people watching a horse race in the LADIAN Race Course ... http://www.jang.com.pk/thenews/jul2002-daily/12-07-2002/main/

Do a google search on ladian.

Let me see if I understand our current predicament, we have home grown muslim terrorists within our country being funded by welfare, workmans comp frauds any other government freebies. And now on top of all of this the same government funding the terrorists is 'worried sick' about retribution against these terrorists. Even after their organizations are implicated in terrorist attacks within America.

IMHO - This situation, my friends, is why the constitution provides for a well armed and regulated militia. Our current PC government is incapable of protecting us from these homegrown terrorists.

Please note - I am not advocating vigilante action. I am just demonstrating that if our PC government continues on its path of supporting and protecting these terrorists, change will obviously be a coming. Our constitution provides for it.

The internal threat from muslim terrorist sympathizers is very real and our government needs to address it before invading Iraq ! If they need the help of the militia, all they have to do is ask.

[Sniper suspect John Muhammad fits the profile of a disaffected outcast who becomes increasingly radicalized under the influence of Islamism, say terrorism analysts and investigators, who suspect he is connected with the radical Islamist group, al-Fuqra. ]

Bet the media will be all over this one.
