You think the cartels want drugs legal??? What are you somoking. If you legalize what a black marketer sells hes out of work since the trade will be taken over by legitimate companies.

You don't really think that they're gonna let themselves be bothered by facts, do you?
There is enough ambiguity in that 'press report' on the study to allow a conclusion to be 'stretched' in any one of several directions.
Sure would be nice to read the *real* report rather than filtered through ABC ...

Don't be a dope. It should NOT be legal. Evidently you think all drugs should be legal so as many young people as possible will get hooked and won't re-produce. I'm trying to think of anything more inhumane, but I'm having trouble coming up with anything. Perhaps if I was in a pot-induced stupor it would all make sense.
Perhaps he can be quoted by a public service TV ad of the Ad Council, and then an announcer would say at the end: "Why do you think they call it dope?" ;) Interestingly, the word 'dope' is related to 'dopant' and is used in crystaline laser technology.
Main Entry: dop·ant ![](http://www.m-w.com/images/audio.gif)
Pronunciation: 'dO-p&nt
Function: noun
Etymology: 2dope
Date: 1962
: an impurity added usually in minute amounts to a pure substance to alter its properties

Don't know about all other states, but in CA, it is only a ticket.
If even that.

Not true. Acohol and tobacco are the gateways. The problem is genetic. There are those with self-destructive tendacies. And when they go full bore they cause all sorts of damage around them.

Mine would be encased with fluid and also has moisture inside, yes! Do you have a brain condition and did yours get sucked dry of your head? Do you need prayers for that?

This is hardly news.
Dope smoking coorelates to dramatically higher incidences of schizophrenia in young adults, too.
Dope smoking has a perfect 100 percent correlation with general stupidity.

Dope smoking has a perfect 100 percent correlation with general stupidity. I knew Dane used it but I never know you did Kevin.

Youths who enter the criminal underground for pot are likely to find other drugs available there. Youths, adult adolescents, and adults who enter the neighborhood 7-11 for pot are likely to find many drugs available there, complimented by TV and radio advertising and free samples in the mail -- if those FR users who are narcoanarchists have their way.

The problem is genetic. There are those with self-destructive tendacies. And its generally best that they don't reproduce. If the hard drugs get them young then humanity will benefit in the future.

I don't recommend (or believe we have a Constitutional right, without an amendment, to) ban any of it though.
We people through our states have the 10th Amendment right to allow or ban anything not specifically enumerated as rights in the Constitution. By your logic, there would have to be an Amendment in order to legalize it, too, which just doesn't make any sense. I have no doubt that in the course of time these conflicting Federal and state issues will get resolved in a court of law.

For the benefit of newbies and lurkers, real conservatives repudiate this sort of anarcho-fascist-social-Darwinism.

For the benefit of newbies and lurkers, the statist-fascist socialist cultists favor the WOD's, -- while real conservatives repudiate the constitutional violations this 'war' requires.

You stacked that one a mile high Tpaine.
Real Conservatives may debate the meaning of the Constitution, but it is evil to advocate illegal drugs use for or by anyone.
Only extreem left wing/wind Libertarians and DU Disrupters lurking at FR might be shaking their heads with what you say.
-CaGuy-
Nope, - CJ stacked the bull, -- I just rearranged it to reflect reality.
And as usual, you proclaim drug use to be evil & 'illegal' with no constitutional basis. No such prohibition exists.
I agree, you left wing socialists and DU Disrupters lurking at FR are shaking your heads in dismay with the truth of what I say.

They have absolutely nothing to stand on but their addiction to advocating drugs for the sake of a buzz now. Which has been their honest goal to begin with.
What is happening is liberals/Libertarians are going to be seen even more now as the hypocrites they are. IMO!
If they proceed with the no-harm to others mantra, they are going to be laughed out of the room even more than before.

Lexington Green would be so much more available and convenient than Panama Red or Acopulco Gold. Flood the market, boys and girls, it's your brave new world!

a person with a predilection for inhaling, ingesting or injecting intoxicating substances is willing to try what is available in the way of stronger substances ... Which is why it would be crazy to allow the free, mass marketing of intoxicants.

Not true, marijuana is a gateway drug. You can do studies and see if others are as well.
The genetic issue you mention was crushed. It's why they studied twins.
They got consistent results.
BUSTED!
