Good morning, afternoon or evening to our troops, veterans and allies, wherever you may be. THANK YOU for answering the call to duty to the USA!!

Excellent thread today, snippy. The word needs to be spread far and wide about the Support Our Troops Rallies. A lot of us here know about them but there are some, I'm sure, who don't because they're new to FR.

These are the threads I've been going to the past several weeks to get pics to send to my pen pals overseas. They LOVE seeing them. It's a huge boost to morale. So anyone who's in touch with someone serving overseas, please follow suit and bring smiles to their faces.

I knew there had to be a reason for staying up this late....this was it. But now the wind's gone out of my sails and it's time for this lil vampire to head to the bat cave. Everyone have a wonderful day and I'll see you tonight!

You'd be surprise. While surfing around FR a couple weeks ago I found folks who were having a discussion about not being able to show support because they could no longer send to "any service member" because of the anthrax scares.

I promptly jumped in and directed them toward the Canteen, and often the reply was "How did I miss that?"

I am trying to send people here as I see a discussion that warrants the direction. We really do need to get the word out!
