You got my FReepmail about the revised scorecard, right?
The three major groups in Algeria are the GIA, GSPC, and FIS. They're all al-Qaeda affiliates and the GSPC runs most of the network in Europe. So while al-Jaziri appears at this point to be a mid-level cog in al-Qaeda, he could potentially lead us back to the higher-ups.
