Are you calling George Bush a liar? That's his policy.
I'm afraid you're right about his policy, and President Bush is tragically mistaken in his vision for Israel. May he wake up.

What's not to understand? Do you support US foreign policy or not?

Okay. Now I answered your question. Your turn.
Give me ONE reason why I should believe the 'Palestinian' Arabs will ever deal in good faith; based on their actions and their words.
To: Sabertooth
After today's unfortunate events in Iraq concerning civilians, all the enemy has to do is copy this report and substitute US for Israel and they've got themselves a propaganda coup.
Way to go State Department. No wonder the French still love you.

If a people is annealed by shared experiences, the Palestinians are a people. You might not like it, but that is the way it is. One unfortunate downside and failure of Israel's policy, not in recent years, but earlier on, is that it drove the middle class out of the Arab regions of "Palestine." Israel will be paying the price until sometime after I depart this mortal coil. You however, might live to see a better day.

"Me? I only support a Palestinian State under the condition that it be invaded and obliterated the moment it's created."
And what happens when they're US soldiers facing you? Which there will be. Get with the US or get out. Traitor.

North Korea and Iran didn't make the list -- hmmm...

Wow, quite a reading list. Thanks.
Oh, don't thank me.... test on Friday.

What gets me is when they count the Palestinians killed during the intifadah, (sp?) I've read they count the ones who blew themselves up! Like it's Israel's fault they blew themselves up with homemade bombs or cellphone bombs... well, the IDF does have their mischevious little ways of setting off cellphone bombs prematurely... ;^)
Still, is it fair to blame Israel when some SOB blows himself up along with his buddies and their kids who were hanging around watching the bomb-making process? I mean, come ON!

Israel's mistake was in ever trusting the Arabs. They have never dealt in good faith. To the extent the palestinians are a real people, their real homeland is in Jordan.
In any event, the Bush Administration has nothing to gain by pushing the matter either way, and should therefore maintain a preoccupied silence.

What's not to understand? Do you support US foreign policy or not? You've already demonstrated that no matter how many times anyone answers this absurd question, you're just going to repeat it endlessly. So again, I ask, what's the point?
If the question is, do I blindly support every nuance of U.S. foreign policy, the answer is no. I do not support the creation of yet another terrorist state in a region dominated by terrorist states. I do not support legitimizing a ruthless, barbaric culture that has proven itself incapable of peace and civility. I do not support any policy that demands Israel show such an unheard of level of restraint -- the kind of restraint we wouldn't show in a million years under the same circumstances.
I support Israels' God-given right to defend itself. And I oppose any U.S. policy that inteferes with that defense.
Does that answer your question? (Of course not).

Sad, you and your's are the next objective for this administration. You must know there are many that back Bush; it suggests trouble for folks like you. BTW: Let's get it on.
That I voted for Bush, and likely will again, does not absolve me of my obligation to know the facts; nor does it require me to support bad policies, and every administration has them.
Also, my opinion of the President is high enough that I don't fear that he might be out to get me and mine.

The problem is that few agree with what is the real Homeland except a fair number of Americans (maybe 30%, although it has gone up under the team Arafat regime), and of course, a part of Likud and points more militant. That dream of yours in just a dream. It won't happen. Forcing the Arabs out of the West Bank is not going to happen, and if they are incorporated into Israel, well it will sort be like Northern Ireland, with a much more unfortunate ending. It will be more unfortunate in part, because while Erie is now richer than Antrim (and the folks in Erie are now hopelessly bourgeoise), the per capita income gap in the former Palestine is now huge.

US policy rules. Want to disagree with that? I don't know your nationality, but you want a dispute over the US?
