There are peaceful Muslims - I live two houses away from a family that is a good example -I thought so too, see my tag line...

if the radical crowd says they're not voting for President Bush because we dared strike back after being attacked, I can only imagine that enhances his credibility with most people. I personally consider CAIR to be among the "radical crowd," but the vast majority of Muslims certainly don't. ...And CAIR is one the Muslim groups lashing out against Bush.

Republicans are already seeing big-ticket Democratic Jewish donors joining their ranks The Democrat Party is undergoing a fracture. With the Left becoming increasingly hostile to Israel, Jewish Democrats are increasingly forced to make a choice between Israel and staying Leftist. Many are forsaking the Left and switching to the "neo-con" movement

"I am an American, I am a Muslim and I vote..." This puke seems to forget the reason he can vote. It's because he's an American, not because he's a Muslim.

Yes there are peaceful Muslims where I live as well, One was arrested months ago for heading the Islamic Jihad money org. in america, his name is Sami Al Arian, and within the last few days some peaceful grocers here were arrested for stealing and re-selling stolen baby formula to send cash to Terror org.'s. Please don't be so naive to think these skunks do not want an Islamic world authority, from C.A.I.R. on down , 100% of these terrorists are committed to the destruction of the west. The term Muslims-american is a nothing but a blatant oxymoron.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience.
I have two families in my upper-middle class neighborhood who are Muslim. The family that was living here in September of 2001 (the other had yet to move in) flew TWO American flags on their property after 9/11.
I realize there are a lot of people with misplaced loyalties, and I object to that, too - if you're living here and taking advantage of all America has to offer, you should respect and support it - but it's just not fair to generalize. All Muslims are not Mohammed Attas. They just are not.

Muslims may ally themselves with Democrats on so called "civil rights", but the Democrats' heads will be the first on the chopping block when Muslims take over America. You think fundamental Christianity is bad? Wait til you see a fundamental Muslim U.S.

I am close to my neighbors who are Muslims. They aren't terrorists, and they don't support terrorists. They're just people. That's all.

The assault on Islam that followed the suicide hijackings that killed thousands in New York and Washington compelled Muslims around the country to defend their faith. And we will defend our Country against their faith. The statement is disturbing but it is truthful. To wit, the mainstream media generally report 9/11 as little more than a time stamp -- how many "hate crimes" against "victims" of America have occurred since 9/11.
I worked for three years here and in Ankara with Muslims. I thought they and the people in the streets I met in Ankara were the greatest. Still do, in fact. But they were not the radical Islamists we have here in America.
If destroying Israel is more important than defending America they don't belong here.
Time to get the internment camps ready. One more attack and Muslim "Americans" will need all the protection they can get.

I think CAIR is very PO'd about the Daniel Pipes appointment. They don't like Ashcroft, the Patriot Act, and profiling, either.
One group whose votes Bush can depend on I think, are the Iraqi-Americans in the Michigan area who were in the streets celebrating after the fall of Baghdad. They have a far better grasp of reality than the CAIR gang.

This could be fun. The Muslims may be voting for Jews in the next election LIEberman or Dean (who practices Judaism at home even though he's not a Jew).

Have to wonder where some of these "Americans'" loyalty lies. Is it to the United States or the Middle East?
Some followers of islam find it offensive for any non-muslim to attack muslims (individuals or nations). Check any of the Imam q&a sites.
If their allegiance is to a foreign power, the loyalty oath they swore when they became naturalized citizens is false.
There are American born muslims (and Nation of Islam helped convert a lot of them) but the "wealthy" contributors are supposed to be immigrants if I read this article correctly.

This is such BS! This community threw their support behind the Dims. Look at their near suicide (oops, maybe not a good choice of wording) when McKinney and that other loser dim in Alabama lost, after getting full Islamic blessings.
If they didn't know Bush would stand tall against terrorism before the last election, then it shows their general understanding of reality.
